摘要
采用ANSYS有限元分析软件研究了一款高速电磁阀的电磁静态吸力与电磁阀装配位置的关系,并且采用测量砝码悬重的试验方法验证电磁阀有限元模型的正确性。对高速电磁阀进行瞬态磁场分析,并模拟喷油器电磁阀在3段式电流驱动下的工作过程。仿真结果表明,该电磁阀的开启延迟时间和关闭延迟时间满足设计要求。
In this paper, the relationship between the static electromagnetic force and the assembly position of the high-speed solenoid value(HSSV) is studied with ANSYS. The test method with measuring weight hanging load is used to validate the solenoid valve FE model. The transient magnetic field of the HSSV is analyzed and the operating process of the injector solenoid valve in the 3-stage current drive is simulated, which indicates that the opening and closing delay time of the valve satisfies requirement of design specification.
