摘要
描述了采用定排量空调压缩机的汽车空调系统抗结霜常规开发流程,以某改进型汽车空调系统抗结霜开发过程为例,通过试验测量手段和CFD虚拟分析手段,直观再现了开发过程中所发现问题的根源。分析了EAT传感器类型和位置及设定值、空调箱的结构差异、单体试验台架、系统试验台架和整车试验等因素对定排量压缩机空调系统抗结霜开发的影响。
Firstly a conventional development process of anti-frosting in automotive AC system with fixed capacity air compressor is described in this article. With the development process of anti-frosting in a modified automotive AC system as example, and with test measurement method and CFD virtual analysis method, the root of the problems during the development course is reproduced intuitively. Then the factors, i.e. EAT sensor type and position as well as set value, AC unit structural difference, monomeric test rig, system test rig and vehicle test, etc, which affect the development of anti-frosting performance of AC system with fixed capacity compressor are analyzed in the paper.
