摘要 汽车设计或改型时,需要对零部件改动方案进行综合考量,以满足产品结构、制造工艺、整车性能、采购成本等要求。为此,建立了基于模糊综合评判的汽车现有零部件改动方案的决策方法,可从结构、工艺、失效风险、寿命及成本等多方面对零部件改动方案做全面评判,为最终的改动方案提供了决策依据。以某汽车驻车制动支架的改动方案为例,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。 Auto components modification program should be considered in an all-round way in design and modification, to satisfy the requirement of product structure, manufacturing process, vehicle performance, purchase cost, etc. Therefore, we established the decision-making method of existing auto components modification program based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which evaluates component modification programs in many aspects including structure, process, failure risk, life and cost, etc., providing decision-making basis for the final modification program. This method is proved feasible and practical with the modification program of a vehicle parking brake bracket.
