摘要
油田地面工程由于建设周期长、建设点多面广且受地理环境影响大,从而导致施工阶段实际费用与计划造价费用会产生较大偏差,无法准确控制油田地面工程的造价,影响了油田工程建设的投资和标准化管理。为此,将关键链法与模糊不确定性理论相结合,把不确定信息引入到关键链造价控制中,提出一种造价预控的新方法,即模糊关键链法。该方法利用关键链的控制特点,使造价控制更加贴近实际,提高了造价控制的可信度。该模糊关键链法在长庆油田地面工程建设的应用中,比传统的控制方法精确度提高13%,控制效率提高37%。
Due to the long construction period, complex construction procedures and environmental effects in oilfield ground engineering, the remarkable deviation appears between the practical cost of the construction period and the planned cost. As a result, the oilfield ground construction costs cannot be controlled properly. This affects the investment of oilfield engineering construction and standardized management. Therefore, the critical chain meth- od and the uncertainty theory were combined, introducing the uncertain information into the critical chain cost control and formulating a new method for the pre-control of the cost, namely the fuzzy critical chain method. The method makes use of the control feature of critical chain, making the cost get closer to the practice and improving the reliability of the cost control. In the application in ground engineering control in Changqing Oilfield, the fuzzy critical chain method improves the precision by 13% and the control efficiency by 37%, compared with the traditional control method.
