摘要
《2015年以后升大学渠道委员会报告》旨在为新加坡的大学体系以后的发展提供建议与策略。该报告集中探讨了有计划地提高公立大学的同级生入学比例,建立多样化的大学体系,提供继续教育的机会,建立多元的资助渠道并提供更多的信息服务等问题。该报告十分重视大学课程设置与社会实践的紧密结合、重视质与量的同步提升、注重民主的决策过程。
The purpose of CUEP is to study the university landscape and propose recommendations on its development,the report of CUEP focuses on the following issues ：to increase publicly-funded university cohort participation rate, to diversify the university landscape, to provide opportunities of continuing education ,to apply various public funding measures and to provide better access to information.The main characteristics of the report lies in its close integration of university course and social practice ,simultaneous enhancement of quality and quantity, and highlighting the democratic decision-making process.
