摘要
目的探讨阿维菌素与有机磷杀虫药混合制剂中毒的症状及治疗。方法回顾性分析临床22例典型中毒患者的中毒时间、剂量、临床症状、抢救经过及其预后。结果 22例患者中治愈21例,死亡1例。结论早期、足量、联合、重复用药,必要时再结合血液灌流,预防和处理并发症,是阿维菌素与有机磷杀虫药混合制剂中毒救治成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the symptons and therapy of Avermeetin and organophosphorus insecticide mixed formu- lation poisoning. Methods The clinical data of 22 eases of typical poisoning were retrospectively analyzed, the clinical data in- cluding poisoning time, doses, clinical symptoms, rescue process and its prognosis. Results Among the 22 patients, 21 cases were cured, 1 case died. Conclusion Early, adequate, joint, repeated drug use, if necessary, combined with blood perfusion, the prevention and treatment of complications, is the key to the successful treatment of abamectin and organophosphorus pesti- cides mixed formulations poisoning.
