摘要
目的探讨实习护生功能失调性态度对临床沟通能力的影响。方法对362名实习护生采用功能失调性态度问卷和临床沟通能力测评量表进行调查。结果功能失调性态度得分为(3.17±0.40)分;临床沟通能力得分为(2.67±0.38)分;功能失调性态度完美化、强制性和寻求赞许3个维度对实习护生临床沟通能力产生负影响(P<0.01)。结论实习护生功能失调性态度处于低等水平,临床沟通能力尚且满意但需要进一步加强,护理管理者应控制实习护生的功能失调性态度水平以提高其临床沟通能力。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing students" dysfunctional attitudes on clinical communication abilities. Method Totally, 362 nursing students were investigated by Dysfunctional Attitude Scale and Clinical Communication Ability Assessment Scale. Results The score of students" dysfunctional attitudes was (3.17 ±0.40 ) , and the score of clinical communication ability was (2.67 ±0.38 ). Three dimensions of dysfunctional attitudes in- cluded perfectionism, coerciveness and need for approval were influencing factors of clinical communication abilities ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nursing students'dysfunctional attitudes is at a low level, and the clinical communication abilities at a satisfactory level but need to further strengthen. Nursing managers should take measures to control nursing students'dysfunctional attitudes level in order to improve their clinical communication abilities.
