摘要
以CTAB为模板剂,氨水、正硅酸乙酯为主要原料,采用溶胶一凝胶法制备介孔分子筛,并添加Fe金属(离子)进行修饰,制备出不同Fe/Si比(摩尔比0~0.1)的Fe-MCM-41复合介孔催化剂,同时将复合材料用于催化降解甲醇气体,考查了在不同甲醇进流浓度、空间速度、反应温度的操作条件下以及各种催化剂对甲醇降解的影响。
Methanol was a kind of volatile organic compounds, having bad impact on human being. The decomposition methanol with the mesoporous catalysts Fe -MCM -41 Metal Iron was synthesized by sol -gel method. The Fe -MCM -41 with different Fe/Si ratios (0, 0.01, 0. 025, 0. 05, and 0. 1 ) was synthesized and characterized, with a good crystallinity. The methanol decomposition experiments were carried out in the flow system. Several parameters such as initial concentration, space velocity, reaction temperature, and catalyst type were systematically investigated.
