摘要
目的了解四川省放射工作人员及各个放射工种2009-2011年外照射个人剂量水平和分布,了解不同放射工种之间所受外照射剂量的差异,为放射工作人员的放射防护提供科学依据。方法采用热释光剂量测量方法对放射工作人员进行个人剂量检测。结果 3年监测人数呈逐年递增,放射工作人员的人年均剂量分别为1.15 mSv/a、1.11 mSv/a和1.19 mSv/a,3年人年均剂量的平均值为1.15 mSv/a。其中3年人年均剂量最高的放射工种是石油和天然气工业(1.57mSv/a);3年间,年均剂量小于5 mSv的人数占监测总人数的比例分别为97.13%、97.15%和97.05%。结论 2009-2011年,四川省放射工作人员的人年均剂量当量维持在一个较低且相对稳定的水平,工业应用的人年均剂量当量大于医学应用的人年均剂量当量。
Objective To investigate radiation workers with respect of external radiation level and personal dose level among types of work in 2009 - 2011 for the radiological protection of workers. Method Thermo Lumines- cence Dosimetry Method was employed to detect radiological workers. Result The number of worker had been increasing year by year; the average annual dose for radiological workers were respectively 1.15roSy/a, 1.11 mSv/a and 1.19 mSv/a; the average annual dose was 1.15mSv/a. The average annual dose of radiation type of work were the oil and gas industry ( 1.57 mSv/a) ; proportion of workers with the average annual dose less than 5 mSv accounted for 97. 13%, 97. 15% and 97.05% of the total respectively from 2009 -2011. Conclusion During 2009 -2011, the average annual dose equivalent among radiological workers maintained at a relatively low and stable level.
