农业高校青年教师能力培养途径的探讨

摘要 高等农业学校是国家培养农业高级人才的重要基地,是人力资源的摇篮.教师的质量关系到人才培养的质量,而人才质量关系到民族的兴衰和国家的繁荣.青年教师在目前多数高校中可占一半以上的比例,由于教育实践锻炼少,经验不足,业务不成熟,但精力旺盛,易接受新鲜事物,上进心和创新性强,因此,对青年教师能力的培养显得尤为迫切.培养青年教师是一项系统工程,可从师德、教学、科研、服务、管理等方面进行全方位的能力培养,促进农业高校的可持续发展和办学水平的全面提高. Higher agricultural school is an important base of national training senior agricultural personnel, is the cradle of human resources. Teachers' quality is related to the quality of personnel training, and quality of human resources is related to the rise and fall of the nation and the country's prosperity. Currently the majority of young teachers in colleges and universities can be accounted for more than half the proportion of educational practice and training as little inexperienced, immature busi- ness, but energetic, easy to accept new things, self-motivated and innovative strength, therefore, the ability of young teachers training is particularly urgent. Train young teachers is a systematic project, from ethics, teaching, research, service, manage- ment and other aspects of comprehensive capacity-building, and promote the sustainable development of agricultural colleges and school level across the board.
