摘要
目的 观察脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)在突聋患者中的变化规律,探讨其应用价值。方法对突聋组患者结合正常对照,进行了BAEP分析。结果 突聋患者,BAEP各波潜伏期、Ⅰ-Ⅴ峰间期、Ⅲ-Ⅴ/Ⅰ-Ⅲ比值明显长于正常人(P<0.001)。结论 对突聋患者,应常规检查 BAEP,若峰间期异常应行CT或MRI 检查。
Objective To observe the changes of the brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) inpatients with sudden deafness and explore the value of clinical application. Mathods The patients with suddendeafness analyzed with normal as controls. Results 100 patients with sudden deafness,all cases were abnormalmanifestation suggested a prolongation of latency and Ⅰ - Ⅴ interval in waves. Ⅲ - Ⅴ/Ⅰ - Ⅲ is bigger thannormal.Conclusion BAEP should be used as a routine test for that patients with sudden hearing loss, whenBAEP was abnormal, in particular interval is abnormal,CT or MRI was needful.
