摘要
构建戊唑醇在香蕉样品中的气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱残留检测方法.香蕉样品经乙腈提取,Strata Florisil(FL-PR)萃取小柱提纯净化,应用气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱测定,外标法进行定量分析.结果表明:戊唑醇在香蕉全果中的平均回收率为90.06%~91.28%,相对标准偏差为2.46%~2.69%;在香蕉果肉中的平均回收率为93.42%~102.85%,相对标准偏差为2.36% ~3.33%.在香蕉全果检出限为0.001 mg/kg,果肉中检出限为0.001 2 mg/kg,该方法灵敏度高,重复稳定性好.结果准确可靠,符合国家相关规定,可用于香蕉样品中戊唑醇农药残留分析检测.
A method for detecting tebuconazole residue in banana sample was established using the gas chromatographytandem mass spectrometry.Tebuconazole in banana samples was extracted by using acetonitrile,purified by using Strata Florisil (FL-PR) extraction column,then determined using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with the quantitative method of external standard.The average recoveries for whole banana fruit were 90.06%~ 91.28%,the relative standard deviations for whole banana fruit were 2.46%~2.69%.The average recoveries in the banana pulp were 93.42%~102.85%,the relative standard deviations in the banana pulp were 2.36%~3.33%.The detection limits of tebuconazole in the whole banana fruit was 0.001 mg/kg,and that was 0.001 2 mg/kg in the banana pulp.The method showed high sensitivity,good repeatability and good stability.The result was accurate and reliable,and complied with the relevant provisions of the state.Therefore,this method can be used for tebuconazole residue detection in banana.
