消油剂和120#船舶燃料油对海胆胚胎发育的复合毒性影响 被引量:7

The influence of dispersants and 120# fuel oil on sea urchin embryos developments

摘要 近年来溢油事故频繁发生,消油剂作为处理溢油的主要措施之一,在溢油事故发生时被广泛使用,而消油剂的使用对环境的影响尚未确定。本文选取底栖生物海胆作为受试生物,通过对海胆胚胎的发育时间和发育抑制程度的测定,确定消油剂和120#燃料油对海胆胚胎的急性毒性影响。结果表明:消油剂本身对海胆胚胎的影响很小,120#燃料油分散液和乳化液都对海胆胚胎有明显影响。120#燃料油分散液和乳化液对海胆胚胎有延迟发育影响,且消油剂处理之后的燃料油延迟效应更加明显;而同一时期120#燃料油乳化液对海胆胚胎的EC50值都比分散液的EC50值小,说明消油剂处理后120#燃料油毒性增大。 As one of the main measures to deal with oil spill, dispersants are widely used when oil spill happens. However, the effects of oil and dispersants on environment are not determined. In this paper, the acute toxicity effects of 120# fuel oil and dispersants on em- bryos are confirmed by testing the sea urchin embryo development time and the degree of growth inhibition of embryos. The results showed that the dispersants had little effect on embryos; but both dispersion and emulsion of 120# fuel oil had significant impact on embryos. 120# fuel oil dispersion and emulsion had an effect on delaying the development of embryos. The effect was more obvious in emulsion. The ECso values of dispersion were greater than the emulsion on embryos in same periods. The results showed that the toxicity of 120# fuel oil was increased by dispersants.
