摘要
为解决热轧窄带钢65Mn冷轧道次多、变形抗力高的问题,设计了3种65Mn热轧后冷却环境,并检测成品力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:轧后钢带冷却速度大导致的热轧钢带抗拉强度偏高是造成65Mn变形抗力高的主要原因。通过采取有效措施,冷轧变形抗力明显降低,轧制减少了2道次,为扩大国丰公司窄带钢中高碳优质钢市场创造了条件。
To solve the problems of too many passes in cold rolling and high resistance to deformation of hot - rolling narrow strip steel 65Mn, it is designed three kinds of cooling environment after hot rolling, and the finished product's mechanical properties and micro structure are examined. It is showed from result that too high tensile strength caused by too fast cooling is the main reason for high resistance to reformation in hot rolling strip steel 65Mn. With effective measures adopted the rolling passes is reduced by two and the resist- ance to reformation obviously lower.
