摘要 随着人民生活水平的逐步提高,人们对于饮食的要求不仅仅是营养健康,还要求可口美味上档次,所以,高档的雪花牛肉进入了生活。雪花牛肉含有丰富的人体所需的蛋白质,氨基酸等成分,组成十分接近人体,1kg高档的雪花牛肉所含有的胆固醇含量仅相当于一个鸡蛋蛋黄的胆固醇,深受人们的喜爱。通过介绍雪花牛肉的来源、营养价值、加工工艺和发展趋势,让人们更加深入的了解雪花牛肉。 With the gradual improvement of people living standards, people not only require nutri- tious dietary, but also healthy and tasty delicious on the grade. The high -grade snowflake beef come into the life. It contains rich proteins, amino acids and other ingredients, and its composition is very close to human body. The cholesterol of one kilogram high - grade snowflake beef is equivalent to one egg. It is deeply loved by people. Through introduction the origin, nutritional value, processing technology and de- velopment trend of it, people could know more about it.
