摘要
利用仿真软件先进设计系统(ADS 2009)设计中心频率为1 575MHz的低噪声放大器,应用于手机全球定位接收系统。选用恩智浦公司的BGU8009放大器芯片作为放大电路,通过外围匹配电路设计,使用最少的元件构成单级、低成本的低噪声放大器电路。仿真结果显示,放大器的增益大于16dB,噪声系数小于0.75dB,增益平坦度比较好,稳定系数大于1,达到系统要求的各项指标,并具有一定裕量。
In this paper a low noise amplifier with center frequency of 1575MHz is designed by the simulation software of Advanced Design System 2009 for GPS receiving system of the mobile phones. A single stage, low noise figure and low-cost circuit of the low-noise amplifier is formed by using BGU8009 amplifier chip amplifier circuit with a minimum of components based on Next Experience for structural member and the external matching circuit design. The simulation re- suits show that all circuit indicators reach the system requirements and have a certain margin. The gain of the amplifier is greater than 16dB and the noise figure is less than 0.75dB. The gain flatness is better and the stability coefficient is greater than 1.
