高职院校教学质量测量与诊断研究——基于学习性投入视角

摘要 高职院校人才培养工作评估及院校内部教学评价,都重点关注"教"及与"教"相关的资源投入及保障。学习性投入则是以学生发展为中心,通过调查研究学生投入到有效学习活动中的时间和精力,以及院校在多大程度上促进学生更好地参与测量和诊断教学质量。学习性投入为高职院校教学质量测量与诊断提供了一个新视角,对于生源质量较差的高职教育来说,更具有推广应用价值和现实指导意义。 Talent cultivation evaluation of higher vocational college and internal teaching assessment focus on "teaching" and the input of the "teaching" resources. Learning engagement centered on students' development can push students to participate in teaching quality measurement and diagnosis through investigating and studying the time and energy students are engaged in effective learning. Learning engagement provides a new perspective for the measurement and diagnosis of the teaching quality in higher vocational college, which has application value and practical significance.
