摘要
目的:观察急性胰腺炎大鼠胰腺微血管有关参数的变化。方法:采用雨蛙素皮下注射诱发大鼠急性水肿性胰腺炎模型,利用计算机图像分析系统对墨汁灌注组织透明切片的胰腺微血管有关参数进行了测定。结果:图像分析结果提示,急性胰腺炎时参与灌流的胰腺毛细血管数量减少,毛细血管和小叶间静脉趋向于扩张,而小叶间动脉先收缩后扩张。结论:急性胰腺炎时胰腺微血管特别是毛细血管灌流存在淤滞和缺血/再灌注损伤,其结果是导致胰腺微循环障碍,并与胰腺炎病变程度密切相关。
Objective: To observe the changes of pancreatic microvessel of rat in acute pancreatitis. Method: The rat model of acute edematous pancreatitis was induced by subcutaneous injectiou of caerulein. Some relevant microvascu-lar parameters of Chinese-ink clearing tissue sections were measured with a computerized analysis system. Results: The results of computerized image analysis suggested that the number of perfused capillary decreased, the capillarics and in-terlobular veins tended to dilate, and interlobular arteries first constricted then dilatated. Conclusion: The perfusion of pancreatic microvessels, especially capilaries, was static and there was ischemia-reperfusion-injury which was closely related to the pancreatic disturbance of microcirculation and the drgee of pathologic changes of pancreatitis.
