摘要
将聚丙烯与光扩散剂共混并采用微加工技术,制备了光扩散板,研究光扩散剂含量及表面具有正六边形排布的阵列微透镜对材料的光学和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:添加光扩散剂使材料雾度提高,透过率下降;而在相同光扩散剂的含量下,表面微透镜阵列可以使材料的雾度大幅度提高,透光率下降很小。光扩散剂的加入对试样拉伸强度影响较小。
Blending polypropylene with light diffusion agent and using micro processing technology,light diffusion plate was made up. The effect of the dosage of light scattering agent and surface micro lens array with hexagonal arrangement on the optical and mechanical properties was studied. The results showed that adding light scattering agent could improve haze and reduce transmittance;but in the same light diffusion agent content, surface micro lens array could make the haze of material greatly increased and the transmittance of it rarely decreased. There was nearly no change in tensile strength with the addition of light scattering agent.
