摘要
通过对目前抽油机仿真技术的研究,提出了一种应用CAD/CAM技术结合虚拟样机技术进行仿真的方法。首先阐述了新型抽油机的工作原理,然后利用ADAMS建立换向减速机的虚拟样机模型,假设一定的抽汲工况,并对该机构进行仿真分析,得到关键部件的速度曲线和受力曲线,并通过曲线分析了换向减速机的换向原理。曲线分析能为抽油机的有限元分析提供依据,并为其动态优化及疲劳寿命预测提供指导。
By the current simulation technology research of pumping, an application of CAD/CAM technology com- bined with virtual prototyping simulation approach was proposed. The working principle of the new pumping unit is described firstly ,Then Adams is used to establish comn^utation reducer virtual prototype model, Assuming a certain pumping conditions, and carry on simulation analysis to the organization, get the speed curve and force curve of the key parts, and the commutation principle of the commutation reducer is analyzed through these curves. Analysis of the force curve can pro- vide the basis for the finite element analysis of the pumping unit. And provide guidance for its dynamic optimization and fa- tigue life prediction.
