摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱联用的检测方法,对市售某种草莓酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质(简称"塑化剂")超标的原因进行排查,对加工全过程的关键控制点进行确认,证明草莓干红中超标的塑化剂来自于发酵过程中所用的塑料管道。 Gas chromatography mass spectrometry is used to determine the reason about the phthalic acid esters compounds (referred to as "plasticizer") overweight in some strawberry wine sold in Anhui. Confirming key control points in the whole process of strawberry wine, excessive amounts of plasticizer in strawberry red is proved from the plastic pipe used in the fermentation process.
