摘要
绩效工资的推行是当前教育体制改革的重要内容.本文结合当前各高校绩效工资实施情况,对当前面临的主要挑战进行了深入分析,指出了绩效工资体系构建的基本原则,指出了以激励为导向兼顾公平的高校工资体系的构建方法.
