摘要
随着时代发展,企业管理与伦理学的关联性日益增强,酒店行业的发展在宏观上需要社会道德规范体系的支撑,在微观上需要酒店管理者与员工在观念和行为上的双重支持,促使自身融入具备高度凝聚力的社会伦理共同体。探讨酒店管理的伦理途径,需要正视酒店"伦理无涉"传统带来的发展弊端,形成酒店伦理管理的道德基础、情感资源以及价值支持。
With the development of the times, the relationship between corporate management and ethics of the growing, the need of social moral norm system of support in macro, need double support hotel managers and staff in the idea and behavior in microcosmic, makes itself into the high cohesion the social ethical community. On the ethical approach to the management of the hotel, the hotel needs to face "ethics without development involving" the formation of traditional ethical management, hotel the moral basis of emotion and value support, resources.
