摘要
目的:探讨儿童开放性浮髋损伤患儿的护理。方法:对5例儿童开放性浮髋损伤患儿的护理进行回顾性总结。结果:5例患儿经手术治疗及积极的围手术护理骨折全部愈合,生活自理,获得满意的效果。结论:儿童开放性浮髋损伤是临床上较少发生的一种严重暴力伤,需谨慎对待、积极处理,以控制出血,进而稳定全身状况最为重要。早期清创及简单有效内固定、严密病情观察、及时主动有效的护理是取得满意疗效的关键。
[ Objective] To explore the care of children＇s open floating hip injury. [Method] The care service for 5 children with open floating hip injury were retrospectively summed. [ Result ] 5 children＇ s fracture by surgical treaunent, and positive pedoperative nursing were all healed. The patients were all able to self- reliance. The nursing process got satisfactory results. [ Conclusion] children＇s open floating hip injury was a serious violence injury less happened in clinical, the most important is to he carefuL active trealment to control hemorrhage and stable general situation. Early debddement and simple and effective inter- nal fixation, condition observation, timely active effective nursing is the key to get the satisfactory curative effect.
