摘要
利用HACCP体系对功能型植物蛋白乳制品枸杞养生奶的生产工艺进行危害分析,通过确立关键控制点(CCP)、关键限值(CL),以及建立监控程序和纠偏措施,有效防止枸杞养生奶生产过程中不安全因素的发生,确保产品品质安全。
The HACCP system was used in hazard analysis of plant functional types wolfberry health dairy milk protein production process critical control point (CCP) and critical limits (CL) were set up to establish monitoring procedures and corrective measures to effectively prevent unsafe factors in wolfberry milk production process to ensure product quality and safety.
