摘要
学分制具有主体认定、商品货币、资源配置以及流通共享四大功能,实施学分制管理是成人高等教育发展的必然趋势。成人高等教育作为农村实用人才培养的主渠道和主阵地,应充分认识和掌握农村实用人才培养的特性和特点,构建契合其实际需求和特点的农村实用人才培养学分制体系,从而大大促进中国成人高等教育农村实用人才培养事业的发展。
The credit system has 4 functions for body cognizance, commodity money, resource allocation and current sharing. And it is the inevitable trend of adult higher education to carry out the credit system. As the main channel of training rural practical talents, adult higher education should fully understand and grasp the characteristics of the rural practical talents cultivation to construct the credit system which is suitable to its actual needs to facilitate the development of China＇ s adult higher education of rural practical talents greatly.
