摘要
详细介绍了纯聚脲作为新型防滑材料的优异性能,测试了表面造粒的Qtech-406纯聚脲片的干态静摩擦系数、耐磨性能、力学性能和附着力。实验表明,表面造粒的Qtech-406纯聚脲片防滑性能优异,连续测试7 d后,其干态静摩擦系数达到0.60,拉伸强度达到19 MPa,断裂伸长率达到500%。
The pure polyurea was detailed introduced as a new type of antiskid material with excellent performance. The dry static friction coefficient, wear resistance, mechanical properties and adhesion of the surface granulation Qtech-406 pure polyurea slice were tested. Experiments showed that the antiskid performance of the surface granulation Qtech-406 pure polyurea slice was excellent. After 7 days by continuous testing, polyurea dry static friction coefficient reached 0.60, and the tensile strength reached 19 MPa, the elongation at break reached 500%.
