摘要
评价指标信度和效度检验是保证学生网上评教系统有效性的重要环节。为检验测度量表的可靠性和测量所需特性的程度,获得包括四个院系、十二个专业,31295个有效个案的样本。采取相关分析、主成分分析检验学生评教指标体系测度量表的信度和效度。研究发现指标体系测度量表信度很高,但效度不理想,建议采取建立专门机构定期检查指标体系的有效性和适度更新指标体系、增加二级指标和开放性评价选项等提高评价指标体系的信度与效度。
The test of evaluation＇ reliability and validity is an important part to ensure effectiveness of the teaching evaluation on the internet. In order to test the reliability of the measurement scale and measure the degree of characteristics to be measured, 31,295 valid samples , four faculties , twelve professional are involved in the test . Correlation analysis and principal component a- nalysis are used to test the reliability and validity of the measurement scale of students evaluating teaching. It found that the reliabil- ity of measure scale for indicator system is high, but the validity is not ideal , so we recommend to establish a specialized agencies to check the effectiveness regularly , and increased the second level index and free options of evaluation in order to improve reliabili- ty and validity of evaluation System.
