摘要
本文主要研究了大孔弱碱阴离子交换树脂的比表面积和孔结构对其吸附低浓度钨酸钠溶液中钨酸根的量的影响。聚合阶段,致孔剂用量为28%,交联度为5%,共聚单体丙烯腈与丙烯酸甲酯的比例为70:30;胺化阶段,用二乙烯三胺,胺化温度为110℃,胺化时间为4h时,树脂吸附钨酸根的量最大。在0.315-1.25mm范围内,树脂粒度越小,其吸附钨酸根的量越大。
This paper mainly studies influences on adsorption quantity of specific surface area and pore structure of macroporous weak alkaline anion exchange resin about tungstate radicle from low concentration of sodium tungstate solution .When dosage of the pore -forming agent is 28% ,degree of cross linking is 5% ,proportio-ning of comonomer is 70:30 in the polymerization stage and when using of two ethylene ,the temperature of amination is 110℃ ,the time of amination is four hours in amination stage ,the adsorption of resion reach the maximum .Particle size of resion smaller ,the adsorption of resion greater within the limits of 0 .315-1 .25mm .
