摘要
产品市场竞争的实质是适者生存的自然选择过程,在这个过程中既有优胜劣汰的现象,也有"劣币驱逐良币"的现象。揭开国内外产品纷繁复杂竞争的表象,其技术系统不受产品市场选择的左右,而是依赖自身技术知识的积累而独立进化,因此,技术系统进化才是产品市场选择的关键,技术价值评估是产业链融资的基石。
Set aside the complicated competition of domestic and international products, competition of products is a devel-oping the superior and weeding out the inferior process, but also ＂bad money drives out good＂ is common. The natural se-lection of products can not control the technology system only, and the technology system evolution rely on the accumulation of technical knowledge. The technology system evolution has its own unique and independence law, and it is the key for the evolution of product. Above all, Technology value assessment is a cornerstone in the raising capital for industrial chain.
