摘要
从企业伦理领导的概念出发,分析伦理领导的特质和优越性,并指出其对中小企业管理绩效的正面影响;通过分析伦理领导的影响途径,提出组织成员心理安全、情感联接、忠诚度等一系列中间变量并构建研究模型,基于此理论模型采用来自浙江省中小企业的调研数据进行实证分析,得到一些积极的研究结论。
This paper first introduces the concept of ethical leadership, and analyzes its characteristics and superiority, finding that this theory has a positive impact on the management of Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs). Then by analy- zing the influence process of ethical leadership, this paper uses psychological safety, emotional connection, loyalty and a series of other intermediate variables to build up the research model. Based on the model, we use the surveyed sample of SMBs in Zhejiang Province to get an empirical analysis outcome, and some positive findings are revealed.
