摘要
为解决卫生护理机器人在帮助老年人和下肢行动障碍者在洗浴过程中难以长久站立的问题,借鉴当前国内外关于减重系统的优秀研究成果,结合卫生护理机器人总体方案和设计要求,设计了一种可适应人体不同身高、体重差异的自动减重系统。介绍了该机器人的研究意义和总体设计方案,重点介绍了该机器人自动减重系统的设计原理和控制系统研究,并对样机进行了实验调试。结果表明,自动减重系统的结构设计和控制系统设计都很好的满足了卫生护理机器人的减重性能指标。
In order to solve the problem of hard long time standing emerged when the health care robot helps the elderly and the lower limb movement disabled bathing. From the current outstanding research results about weight support system at home and abroad, combined with the requirements for scheme and design of health care robot, it designed a kind of automatic weight support system that can be adapted to different body height and weight. It introduces the research significance and the overall design of the robot, and focuses on the design principle of automatic weight support system and researches on control system and debugs the device. The results show that, the design of structure and control system of automatic weight support system can meet the weight support performance index of health care robot.
