摘要
首先介绍了溢流阀在液压系统中的作用、结构及动态特性,然后根据直动式锥型溢流阀的结构简图及其相关参数,简要分析了其工作原理。根据力学平衡方程和流体连续性方程,推算出该溢流阀的液流连续性、阀口流量、阀芯受力平衡等重要数学模型,并依此构造出溢流阀的动态结构框图和传递函数。通过对这些框图和函数的深入分析,得到了溢流阀相关参数对其稳定性、灵敏度、准确性和动态过渡时间响应等动态特性影响的结论。
The roles, structures and dynamitic characteristics of the relief valve in hydraulic system were introduced. The structure diagram and related parameters of direct-acting tapered relief valve were analyzed~ The main mathematics models of the liquid flow continuity, valve port flow capacity and valve core load equilibrium and so on of the relief valve were calculated. The dynamic structural block flow diagrams and the transfer functions of the relief valve were constructed according to the mathematics models. By means of deeply analyzing these diagrams and models, the analysis shows the influence results of the related parameters of the relief valve to its dynamic characteristics of stability, sensitively, accuracy and d3,namic transitional time response.
