摘要
横梁进给系统作为龙门式加工中心的主要组成部分,其性能直接影响加工中心性能,因此分析其静动态特性有着重大的意义。用有限元分析法对一种龙门式加工中心横梁进给系统进行了静动态特性分析,得出十字滑座上端是该横梁进给系统的薄弱环节,以及该横梁进给系统的X向比Y、Z向薄弱,为该加工中心结构优化设计提供了理论指导。提出了一种新的建模方法,该方法简化了力的加载。进行了模态试验,并将有限元仿真结果和模态试验结果进行了对比,试验验证了该建模方法的正确性。
As a main member of gantry machining center, transversa! feed system directly affects the performance of gantry machining center, so the analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics is of great significance. Finite element analysis method is used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the gantry mochining center transversal feed system. It shows that the weak link of the system is the upper of the cross slide and X direction of the system is weaker than Y&Z directions, which provide the basis for analyzing and aptimal designing of the machining center. A new modeling method is provided to simplify the process of loading force. Then modal test and finite element simulation results are compared after modal testing, and finally the test verifies the correctness of the modeling approach.
