摘要
以烤烟K326为材料,采用盆栽砂培试验研究了打顶后缺氮、缺钾对烤烟叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性、根系活力等生理指标及烟碱含量的影响。结果表明:打顶后氮、钾胁迫对烤烟生理指标及烟碱含量都有较大的影响,在叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性、根系活力等方面大致表现为全素>缺钾>缺氮处理,而烟碱含量表现为缺钾>全素>缺氮处理,并且各处理之间存在显著差异。总体而言,氮、钾胁迫不利于烤烟的生长发育。
Pot experiment with sand was carried out with K326 as material to study the effect of nitrogen deficiency and po- tassium deficiency after topping on the chlorophyll content, nitrate reductase activity, root activity and nicotine content of flue - cured tobacco. The results showed that lacking of nitrogen amt potassium had significant influence on physiological properties and nicotine content. As for chlorophyll content, nitrate reductase and root activity, there existed trend of CK 〉 potassium deficiency treatment 〉 nitrogen deficiency treatment. But for nicotine content there showed trend of potassium deficiency treatment 〉 CK 〉 nitrogen deficiency treatment, and there were significant difference among treatments. Over- all, nitrogen and potassium stress were not advantageous to growth and development of flue - cured tobacco.
