摘要
设计了一种Ka波段微带结环行器,阐述了微带环行器的工作原理、设计方法与仿真过程。在理论分析的基础上,计算出圆盘结和"大Y结"尺寸。利用三维结构电磁场仿真软件Ansoft HFSS进行建模、仿真分析,并对其进行优化处理。实验结果表明,该微带环行器在31~40GHz范围内,插入损耗小于0.3dB,电压驻波比小于1.2,隔离度大于20dB,相对带宽大于25%,仿真数据及实验结果满足设计要求。
A Ka-band microstrip circulator is designed. The working principle,simulation process and design method of microstrip circulator are descriped in this article. Based on theoretical analysis the size of discoidal-junction and Y-junction are calculated. Modeling and simulation of microstrip circulator are carried out with Ansoft HFSS. The result indicates that, in frequency range of 31-40GHz,the devices features insertion loss 0.3dB,VSWR 1.2,isolation ≥ 20dB,relative bandwidth ≥25%,meeting the design requirements.
