摘要
同步器是手动变速箱中最重要的零部件,其好坏直接影响到变速箱的换挡功能和换挡品质。为了提高工程技术人员在应用领域对同步器失效模式的深入理解,做到设计和零件质量控制上的提前预防,文章总结了在工程实践领域同步器系统常见的失效模式———打齿和挂挡困难,对失效模式的原因进行了分析,提前做到制造预防,避免不必要的成本损失。
Synchronizer system is the most important part in manual transmission, which affects manual transmission shift function and shift quality directly. In order to improve engineers understanding in view of synchronizer system fhilure mode deeply in the application field, pre-eonsideration and countermeasure in the view of design and quality control is put forward. The aim of this paper is to summarize and list manual transmission synchronizer system failure mode-clash anti hard to shift, to give the uecessary explanation, preventing failure mode in advance at manufacturing, and avoid the cost lost.
