摘要
根据半钢的冶炼特点,对转炉副枪SDM模型进行了一系列的工艺优化,建立了适应干法除尘冶炼的开吹模式以及适应半钢冶炼的过程枪位和加料模式。对半钢冶炼热源不足的情况加入了温度补偿模块,对铁水(半钢)条件波动较大的情况制定了动态选择模块等,对模型的静态部分做了全面的工艺优化。配合副枪测量的动态计算也做了相应的工艺改进,提高了SDM模型的实用性和预报准确性。
According to semi-steel smelting characteristics,a series of process optimization was conducted about SDM model of converter sublance. The operating modes were developed to fit for opening blowing during dry dust smelting process and meet with gun position and feeding during semi-steel smelting process. Moreover,the temperature compensation module and dynamic selection module were embedded for insufficient heat conditions during semi-steel smelting and enormous. fluctuation of molten iron( semi- steel) conditions,respectively. A comprehensive optimization was executed for the static part of the model. Dynamic computations cooperating with sub-lance measurement were modified as well. Consequently,the practicability and forecasting accuracy of SDM model were improved a lot.
