摘要
针对除去ADC发泡剂固废物十水碳酸钠中少量剧毒物质水合肼难题,充分回收利用其中的碳酸钠。采用重结晶法提纯副产物十水碳酸钠。考察了固液比、结晶时间、二次重结晶对十水碳酸钠的收率、水合肼、氯化钠含量的影响。实验结果表明:固液比为2.5∶1,Na2CO3·10H2O收率达76.71%,NaCl含量由原液中的0.115%下降为0.055 5%,N2H4由0.015%下降为0.009 89%;结晶时间20 min,可使Na2CO3收率82%;二次重结晶时间30 min,可使Na2CO3质量百分含量提高到40.35%,NaCl含量下降至0.012 69%。
In order to solve the problem of removing a small amount of toxic substance-hydrazine hydrate from Na2CO3·10H2O as by-product in producing ADC foaming agent, to recycle and utilize sodium carbonate, Na2CO3·10H2O was purified by recrystallization method. Effects of solid-liquid ratio, crystallization time and secondary recrystallization on yield of sodium carbonate, hydrazine hydrate content and NaCl content were investigated. The results show that, when solid-liquid ratio is 2.5︰1, Na2CO3·10H2O yield can reach to 76.71%, the content of NaCl decreases from 0.115% to 0.0555%, and the content of N2H4 decreases from 0.015%to 0.00989%;when the crystallization time is 20 min, the average yield of Na2CO3·10H2O can reach to 82%;when the secondary recrystallization time is 30 min, the content of Na2CO3·10H2O can reach to 40.35%, the content of NaCl can drop to 0.01269%.
