摘要
建立了LNG管道非稳态传热模型,对环境温度、保冷层厚度及对流换热系数三方面的温度变化进行了数值分析。研究结果表明:随着环境温度的增加,温度变化逐渐增大;随着保冷层厚度的增加,同一厚度下温度逐渐增大,温度变化梯度减小;空气对流换热系数与LNG对流换热系数对温度变化均不敏感。
A transient heat transfer model of LNG pipeline was established,and numerical analysis of temperature change with ambient temperature,insulating layer thickness and convective heat transfer coefficient was carried out. The results show that, the temperature change increases gradually with the increase of ambient temperature; as the thickness of cold-keeping layer increases, the temperature increases gradually and temperature change rate decreases under the same cold-keeping layer thickness. Both coefficient of air convection heat transfer and coefficient of LNG convection heat transfer are insensitive to temperature change.
