摘要
目的探讨企业内高血压在员工中的分布情况,以及实施的高血压防治措施。方法收集2012年某石化企业员工的体检资料,对其中患高血压的员工的情况进行分析。比较不同人群间高血压患病率的差异。结果不同性别、年龄、体重、吸烟量的人群间高血压的患病率有着显著性差异(P<0.01),而不同班值、职务级别人群高血压的患病率无显著性差异。结论高血压的患病率与性别、年龄、体重、是否吸烟有关。
Objective To investigate the distribution situations of hypertension among employees in a petrochemical enterprise. Methods Collect the staff physical examination data in a chemical company in 2012 , analyze the examination data of the staff who suffer from hypertension. Compare differences of hypertension morbidity between different groups. Results There are signifi- cant hypertension morbidity differences in different genders, ages and weights, and how much one smokes ,but there is no signifi- cant morbidity in different shifts, positions. Conclusion Hypertension morbidity is associated with genders, ages, weights, whether smoking or not.
