大范围微纳米精度绝对距离测量技术研究

摘要 距离(或长度)是物理学的第一个基本物理量,具有微纳米测量精度、厘米测量量程的绝对距离测量技术在材料科学、工程技术、精密仪器制造等多个领域具有明确需求背景。目前常用的大范围微纳米精度测量技术包括光栅尺、激光干涉仪和扫描探针技术。
