摘要
以铁矿废石和粉煤灰的混合物为添加剂对高炉渣进行调质,调质后的矿渣作为制备矿渣纤维的原料,并对影响机理进行分析。结果表明,随着添加剂比例升高,矿渣的酸度系数M k和粘度系数Mη升高,氢离子指数pH降低,矿渣纤维的稳定性逐渐增加,矿渣粘度较小,其主晶相为黄长石。配加添加剂比例较高时熔渣凝固后无矿物析出,形成均匀的无限固溶体。矿渣更加适合制备矿渣棉纤维。
The impact mechanism of the quenching and tempering slag added iron ore waste rock and fly ash as a raw material preparation of slag wool fiber was studied. The results show that with the additive proportion increasing, the acidity coefficient Mk and the viscosity coefficient Mη increase, but the hydrogen ion index pH decreases. In addition, the stability of the slag fiber increases with it. The viscosity of the slag decreases, the main crystalline phase of the slag is melilite. There is no devitrification phenomena after solidification when proportion of the additive in slag is relatively high, and a homogeneous infinite solid solution will be formed. So it is more suitable for preparing slag fiber.
