Pathogenesis and evaluation of self-perceived sensitive skin

摘要 该文介绍了自我感知性敏感性皮肤的定义、分类、发病机制及其评判,说明其发病机制除以往研究所述的屏障功能下降以外,神经敏感性增高以及遗传的作用不容忽视。新兴的neurometer(CPT测试仪)系非创仪器,在检测自我感知性敏感性皮肤的神经敏感性中具有重要意义。 To introduce the deifnition, classiifcation, pathogenesis and evaluation of self-perceived sensitive skin. In the discussion of the disease’s pathogenesis, besides the damaged skin barrier function which had been demonstrated in previous studies, the role of the increased neural sensitivity and genetic factors also can not be ignored. An emerging non-invasive instrument known as neurometer (CPT tester) may play an important role in the detection of neural sensitivity of the sensitive skin.
