摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷 (D4)、N β 氨乙基 γ 氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷 (DL - 10 3)、六甲基二硅氧烷 (MM)为原料 ,KOH为催化剂 ,二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)为促进剂 ,通过本体聚合进行共聚反应 ,合成了适用于皮革手感剂的氨基聚硅氧烷 (氨值为 0 .6 ,2 5℃时黏度为 2 .4× 10 4mPa·s,外观为无色透明黏稠状液体 )。最优合成条件为 :93 .71gD4,6 .19gDL - 10 3 ,0 .10gMM ,w(KOH) =0 .12 % ,w(DMSO) =1.0 0 % (相对于D4、DL - 10 3与MM的总质量 ) ,反应温度 90℃ ,反应时间 6h ,抽真空时间 3h(在 0 .0 1MPa条件下 )。
Using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D 4),CH 3(CH 3O) 2Si(CH 2) 3NH(CH 2) 2NH 2(DL-103) and hexamethyldisiloxane(MM) as starting materials,KOH as the catalyst and CH 3SOCH 3 as the promoter,by bulk polymerization,the copolymer aminopolysiloxane was synthesized suitable for leather feeling agent(amine equivalence 0.6,viscosity 2.4×10 4 mPa·s at 25 ℃,a colorless transparent and thick fluid).Experimental results indicated that the optimum conditions were 93.71 g D 4,6.19 g DL-103,0.10 g MM, w (KOH)=0.12% and w (DMSO)=1.00%(relative to the total mass of D 4,DL-103 and MM),reaction temperature 90 ℃,reaction time 6 h and vacuumizing time 3 h(under a pressure of 0.01 MPa).
