摘要
[目的]研究小麦(Triticum aestivum Linn.)的耐盐机理,为建立小麦耐盐栽培技术体系提供理论依据,为耐盐育种奠定理论基础。[方法]以石4185和豫麦47为材料,采用水培试验的方式,研究盐胁迫对两个小麦品种萌发期的影响。[结果]两个小麦品种种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、萌发活力指数、苗长和根长均随着盐浓度的增加而降低,石4185的各项指标值均比豫麦47高。[结论]石4185在萌发期具有较强的耐受盐胁迫的能力。
[Objective] The aim was to study the mechanism of salt-tolerance of wheat,to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of salt-tolerant wheat cultivation technology system and lay a theoretical foundation for breeding the salt-tolerance wheat varieties.[Method] By the mean of hydroponics,the effects of salt stress on Shi4185 and Yumai47 during germination stage systematically.[Result] With the increasing of NaCl concentration,germination energy,germination percentage,germination index,germination vigor index,length of seeding and root of wheat decreased obviously.The higher the salt concentration was,the more seriously wheat inhibited.Every measured items of Shi4185 was higher than those of Yumai47.[Conclusion] Shi4185 has better ability bearing salt stress during germination stage.
