摘要
为了实现某矿大倾角上运带式输送机主运输系统的改造,根据该矿矿井现状,采用深槽型托辊装置、凹花纹输送带、低速轴逆止器、变频软启动装置及制动器,以及断带自动检测等安全措施,并进行了详尽的选型计算,为大倾角上运带式输送机的应用提供了参考。
In order to transform the main transportation system of the large-obliquity upward belt conveyor in a certain mine, deep-trough idler assembly, concave pattern conveyor belt, low-speed shaft backstop~ frequency soft start device, brakes and broken-belt automatic detection system were applied according to actual status of the mine. In addition, detailed sizing calculation was conducted, which offered references for application of the large-obliquity upward belt conveyor.
