摘要
利用单纤维断裂实验方法 ,测试了聚丙烯 (PP) /玻璃纤维 (GF)单纤维复合材料的界面剪切强度 ,研究了 PP/GF单纤维复合材料体系中 ,横晶结构对界面剪切强度的影响。结果表明 ,随着横晶结构的完善 ,界面剪切强度下降 ,当结晶时间较长时 (如长于 10 m in) ,存在横晶结构试样的界面剪切强度下降的幅度大于不存在横晶结构的试样 。
In this paper, the interfacial shear strength of PP/GF composites were measured using single fiber fracture test method, and the effect of transcrystallinity on the interfacial shear strength was studied. It was found that the interfacial shear strength decreases when the isothermal crystallization time increases, and the interfacial shear strength of the sample with the transcrystallinity decreases more than those of samples without the transcrystallinity for long crystallization time. This effect was explained by the poor boundary adhesions of the transcrystalls and the poor welting of the crystals on the fibersurface.
