摘要 肝纤维化的发生与多种信号通路密切相关,有研究证实Notch信号通路在肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)活化过程起重要作用.Notch通路主要通过直接及间接与转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF-)/BMP、核因子-B(nuclear factor-kappa B,NF-B)、WNT等信号通路的协同作用参与HSC的活化.本文主要就Notch信号通路与HSC活化的关系,该信号通路在HSC的活化过程中与TGF-/BMP、NF-B、WNT等信号通路的协同作用作一评述. Multiple signaling pathways are involved in the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis, and the Notch signaling pathway plays an important role in promoting the activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs). This pathway participates in the activation of HSCs mainly by cooperating with transforming growth factor β (TGF-β)/BMP, nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB), and Wnt signal- ing pathways directly or indirectly. This review aims to explore the relationship between the Notch signaling pathway and the activation of HSCs as well as the cooperative actions between TGF-β/BMP, NF-κB, and Wnt and the Notchsignaling pathway in the process of the activa- tion of HSCs.
