摘要
目的观察黄精多糖对更年期大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及血脂的影响。方法选取12月龄雌性S-D大鼠60只随机均分为对照组、尼尔雌醇组、黄精多糖小剂量组、黄精多糖中剂量组及黄精多糖大剂量组。连续灌药10 w后麻醉取血并测定各组大鼠血清SOD、MDA及血清脂质的含量。结果各组SOD均较对照组升高(P<0.01),各组MDA均较对照组降低(P<0.01),且黄金多糖小剂量组较中、大剂量组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。黄精多糖中、大剂量组及尼尔雌醇组血清总胆固醇(TC)均较对照组降低(P<0.01),黄精多糖小剂量组血清TC均较对照组降低(P<0.05),各组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较对照组降低(P<0.01),黄精多糖大剂量组及尼尔雌醇组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均较对照组升高(P<0.01),黄精多糖小剂量组血清HDL-C均较对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论黄精多糖可增强更年期大鼠的抗氧化能力并改善其血脂代谢。
Objective To explore the effect of polygonati polysaccharide on blood lipoid metabolism and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA)in climacteric rats. Methods sixty SD rats for twelve months were randomly divided into the normal control, the neal estradiol, the high, the middle and the low dosage polygonati polysaccharide groups. After gastric lavage of five groups for 10 weeks, the rats were killed and the level of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured in the blood serum. Results The content of SOD were higher in every group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and the content of MDA were lower in every group ( P 〈 0.01 ) to compared with the control group. To compared with the control group, the content of TC were lower in the polygonati polysaccharide middle, high dosage groups and the neal estradiol group (P 〈0. 01 ), in the polygonati polysaccharide low dosage group (P 〈 0.05), the content of LDL- C were lower in every group (P 〈 0. 01 ). To compared with the control group, the content of HDL-C were higher in the polygonati polysaccharide high dosage and the neal estradiol groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ), in the polygonati polysaccharide low dosage group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Polygonati polysaccharide may improve blood lipid metabolism in climacteric rats by enhancing antioxidant effect by increasing SOD and decreasing MDA.
